Customers should contact CHERIE MUSE within 7 days of delivery to request a return or refund.

Returned products must:

• Be unused;
• Be undamaged;
• Not have been altered or modified;
• Be returned in appropriate condition.

Personalized or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return or refund, except when the product has a manufacturing defect or an error was made by CHERIE MUSE.

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or was incorrectly made or shipped by CHERIE MUSE.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
